The youth hostel is located in the heart of the city and surrounded by an enormous playing field. It is an ideal base for sports activities, conferences and events of every kind.
The Ottonianum is a former bourgeois palace and boarding school, now home to Landshut Youth Hostel. Its location is excellent, close to both the Old Town and the Trausnitz fortress. The hostel's 98 beds are divided into rooms with one to eight beds, some of which are wheelchair-accessible. In the courtyard, you can play table tennis, volleyball and badminton. There's also a small recreation room.

wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes hier mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt; Personal sehr freundlich, top Lage, super Frühstücksbuffet - wir hoffen, dass diese Herberge noch lange bestehen bleibt!

Klassische Jugendherberge mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und Dusche/WC. Sinnvolle Menge an Frühstücksbelag, sodass sicherlich nicht Unmengen nachher ungenutzt entsorgt werden müssen. Fehlender Belag wird zügig nachgefüllt. Veganer Aufstrich ist vorhanden. Lage ist zentral in einer wunderschönen Altstadt.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro città. Vista bellissima sulla cattedrale e sul castello poco lontano. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura non è nuova ma è tenuta molto bene e molto pulita come le camere. Piccolo parcheggio interno ma sufficiente per gli ospiti. Spero di ritornare il prossimo anno per qualche giorno in più.

Fast im Stadtzentrum, ist das ehemalige Biedermeier-Schlösschen heute die DJH. Vom Marktplatz zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Burg Trausnitz zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten. Freundliche Rezeption. Günstig und sauber!
