FOIRE À L'ANDOUILLE

Who doesn't know the famous andouille de Vire? The fair dedicated to All Saints' Day is one of the most important events of the local festivals and Norman gastronomy. Every year, it welcomes no less than 6,000 visitors with a different theme, region or country (s) and tastings for all palates. The meeting with local andouille producers (Asselot, Paul-Danjou, Lesouef, Jacky Leduc) but not only, is rich in culinary specialities.
