Ich war hier anlässlich eines Spiels von Jahn Regensburg. Das Stadion ist von hier in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze am Hotelparkplatz verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Der vorhandene Indoorpool könnte ein bisschen wärmer sein ???? und die Sauna Öffnungszeiten könnten ein bisschen länger sein

We booked this hotel on Expedia and was doing a later check in. The keys were left for us, but the wrong key was given. Apparently the room originally booked for us needed repair so they moved us to another room but didn't update the paper for us to communicate that. It made me feel uncomfortable because 1) we were locked out of the original room. 2) we tried to call for help and it didn't work- we got through via Expedia. 3) we tried the key to the key we were given after debate because we didn't want to walk into someone else's stay.

After all that, we were disappointed with the room. The photos don't match up to what the rooms are.

I was grateful the attendant came down and tried to work it out with us but after the many issues we had along our vacation, this was definitely my last straw. We left and got refunded thankfully and ventured to find a room late night for our stay in Regensburg.

I am sure it could have been great. Like I said, it was my last straw for Germany and the trouble we had along our vacation.

War das dritte mal nun hier. Steuer ich gerne wieder an. War auf Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel. Es liegt sehr Verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn aber es ist wirklich ruhig. Bis zum nächsten Mal...
