Je suis passé plusieurs fois, et ait tenté plusieurs des agents d'accueil en espérant enfin obtenir des informations intéressantes, mais rien n'y fait.
L'accueil est poli certes, mais froid et peu engageant. On a l'impression de déranger.
Et la qualité des informations est catastrophique. On attend d'un Office de tourisme qu'il apporte des idées, que les agents rebondissent sur nos remarques, qu'ils proposent, qu'ils soient proactifs. Mais ici, il faut déjà savoir ce qu'on veut faire pour avoir une réponse, autrement on vous lance un livret et il faut espérer qu'il correspondra à ce que vous souhaitez faire...
