Attention Sunday joggers and avid sportsmen and women! The commune of Vignats will host the 16th Foulées de la Grotte à Jules on Saturday 22nd August. The programme? A 10.3 km run without difficulty, friendly, moving between roads and country lanes. An ideal course, in short, to get on or get back on your feet this summer, all without pressure and, above all, without sweating blood and water! Are you ready? So put on your sneakers and be one of the 200 or so athletes expected that day!
Distance: 10.3 km.
Difficulty: easy.
Appointment: Vignats town hall. Bib pick-up at 2.30pm and departure at 5pm.
Other practical information: all non-licensed participants must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.
