Vineyards and production of Norman wines, available in six cuvées
In Normandy too, there's wine... and good wine! On the clay-limestone slopes of Grisy, this estate has been cultivating a vineyard with a Norman Burgundy feel for over 30 years. Taken over in 2023 by Étienne Fournet, it is entering a new era: hand-harvesting, conversion to organic farming (full conversion by 2027), modernized labels... A new lease of life brought about by six IGP Calvados-Grisy cuvées, made from grape varieties ranging from Pinot Noir to Auxerrois, including Chardonnay, for an annual production of around 40,000 bottles.
