Beautiful air-conditioned rooms in an ecotourism complex with swimming pool, solarium and breathtaking mountain views.

10 km above Ribeira Grande, on the road to Cruzinha da Garça, is the village Pedracin. It is an ecotouristic complex of human size totally integrated in the landscape with materials such as wood and stone which gathers 12 stone and cob houses with roofs covered with banana leaves and coconut fibre. The 32 rooms, quite sober, but tastefully decorated in raw materials, are equipped with air conditioning, solar heated water, TV and minibar. Swimming pool, solarium with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Das Hotel war Teil einer Rundreise über die Kap Verden. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, hat einen kleinen Pool und äußerlich eigentlich recht ansprechend. Das ändert sich schlagartig, wenn man die sehr kleinen Zimmer betritt. Hier schlägt einem sofort ein penetranter Schimmelgeruch entgegen. Den vorgesehenen Aufenthalt von 3 Übernachtungen haben wir nach der ersten Nacht abgebrochen und uns auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft organisiert. Man konnte kaum atmen und alles nahm nach kurzer Zeit den Schimmelgeruch an. Wer in dieser Hinsicht normal empfindlich ist, sollte dieses Hotel meiden!

Chambre correct mais sans plus. Nous n'avons jamais eu l'eau chaude dans la douche, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
La piscine est un plus mais elle n'est pas très propre (beaucoup de mouches et d'insectes flottant à la surface)
Les repas sont plutôt bons, possibilité d'avoir un play végétarien sur demande a l'accueil en arrivant
La vue est très belle depuis le bar/restaurant
