Super expérience Cap Verdienne de Mindelo et le 'Terra Lodge'.
Chambres très agréables/tranquilles et reposantes (comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel), sans chichi avec une superbe vue et à deux pas du centre ville. Le service et le personnel dirigé par Simone est Top !! et a l'image des gens de ce beau pays : souriant/enjoué et authentique. Nous y reviendrons sans soucis lors d'une prochaine visite de cette ile.

Absolutely appalling. After the last disastrous visit. The manager Simoney (I believe is her name) invited us back for a complimentary meal and drinks only she didn't inform any of the staff, so the meal nor drinks were complimentary. The service was atrocious we were left sitting 15 mins for our drinks, in fact I had to go get them after watching the waitress who had taken our order just stand about fluffing her hair. This appalling service continued ALL evening. The food arrived absolutely clap cold. I sent mine back instead of replacing our food they just zapped it in the microwave making the burger bun warm and soggy and the already hard as rock chips even harder...The ONLY time the staff were actually fast at anything was collecting our money because they wanted to leave (it was by now closing time). We spoke to a lovely gentleman named Eric who apologised profusely but it wasn't his fault....nor actually the fault of the staff....This is down to management. The staff here are untrained the manager is rarely around (we asked for her a number of times last night only to be told she'll be here at 9 pm, she isn't coming tonight, sorry you've missed her she's gone home. We asked for the owners contact details no one, not one member of his staff has his contact details.
The only positive about this venue is the view. The menu is old and hasn't been updated in years, the choices are extremely limited. The food is mediocre at best and that is if it's warm when it is finally brought to you. The staff are clueless they have zero idea what providing a service entails. The management are an absolute disgrace. The only pleasant encounter my friends and i had all evening was with Eric but unfortunately it was not an issue he could resolve or i am sure he would have done. I will never return and will most certainly never recommend this place to anyone. If you want a pleasant stress free night out and you want to enjoy nice food AVOID THIS PLACE

Sem dúvida um dos nossos sítios favoritos em Mindelo. Para se ir a qualquer hora, mas recomendo ir ver o
pôr do sol. Perfeito para relaxar e conversar, com uma super vista panorâmica da cidade e do Monte Cara, um ótimo serviço, boa comida e bebidas a um preço acessível (o melhor cuscus!) e muito bom gosto.
É fresco à noite, será bom levar um casaquinho, no entanto o restaurante dispõe de mantinhas para os clientes se agasalharem. Daí que seja perfeito para se estar quando está muito calor.
