Pension in the main street at the entrance of the city, offering quite comfortable rooms with air conditioning and TV

This guesthouse is located on the main street at the entrance to the town, in a colonial-style building. The fairly comfortable rooms, priced according to orientation, are air-conditioned and have TV. Please note, however, that there is no elevator to reach the rooms on the^3rd floor. The restaurant's tables overlook a small swimming pool in the middle of the building. The little plus? The proximity to everything, just a short walk away. Minus? Somewhat aging facilities.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen, wat betekent dat er veel lawaai van de straat is. Het personeel is matig vriendelijk, sommigen zijn overigens wel aardig. Het ontbijt is karig, maar wel voldoende. Helaas wel elke dag hetzelfde, wat snel gaat vervelen. Achteraf had ik liever alleen logies geboekt om aan de overkant bij restaurant Papaya te ontbijten. De kamers zijn redelijk schoon. Zelf zou ik niet weer voor dit hotel kiezen, maar als je graag centraal zit en geluidsoverlast geen probleem vindt, dan is het prima te doen.

Wir haben nicht im Hotel übernachtet, sondern mal zum Mittag gegessen. Die Bedienung ist nicht aufmerksam, spielt lieber mit dem Handy. Die Musik war sehr laut (gegen 16 uhr), man konnte sich kaum unterhalten. Das Essen kam nach über 40 Minuten, obwohl wir die einzigen waren, die Essen bestellt haben. Erst auf Nachfrage kamen Gewürze. Das Essen war trocken, der Reis nicht frisch. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert...

hard to rate this hotel; on one hand there's the best location on the island, decent breakfast served by the pool and large rooms with comfy beds and hot showers; unfortunately out of 10 nights we couldn't sleep due to mosquitos, no repellent worked, an electric device from the receptionist didn't work either and this rather spoilt our stay. If I may suggest something to improve the guest experience it would be some insect screens in windows or perhaps a net above the bed.

Zimmer teilweise sehr veraltet und muffig.
Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand.
Habe ein neues Zimmer bekommen.
Das renovierte Zimmer hatte eine Küche ohne Ausstattung, die Armaturen im Bad schon verrostet, Dusche verstopft und schimmelig. Das Bett ist sauber.
Sehr hellhörige Zimmer.
Die Lage ist ganz gut. Strand, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nur die Straßenverkäufer nerven ständig.

Zum Frühstück gibt es immer das Gleiche und wenig Auswahl. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht.

Personal unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit.

WiFi kostet 10€ für eine Woche, in jedem Restaurant gibt es das kostenlos.
