Luce, a native of Mauritius, is bilingual in English and French, she is qualified to share the teachings of various approaches to body movement and energy. Based in Sal, Cape Verde, Luce offers group sessions to experience taijiwuxigong (spontaneous body energy and movement), sophrology (harmony of mind and body), mindfulness meditation for children and teenagers (L'Attention ça Marche - AMT). To complete these sessions of fitness and maintenance of your well-being, Luce in the course of training of this practice proposes in individual session to discover the ATMA Janzu, method of relaxation and aquatic meditation carried out in swimming pool, a real moment of "letting go" where you lose your bearings in a magnificent place in Ancora facing the port of Palmeira. The group activities are offered in Sta Maria in the magnificent garden of the restaurant Le Privé and in Murdeira on the seafront. The group sessions last 1h30 for a cost of 15 € per person and the individual session of Janzu from 45 min to 45 €. Luce also offers online group sessions on the basis of a subscription at a cost of 20 € per month. It is necessary to reserve your place or/and make an appointment.
