Alain, pastry chef, also creates sorbets for diabetics, gluten-free sorbets and tailor-made ice creams. Guaranteed without colouring or preservatives, made from fresh fruit and good milk from the farm, his ice creams are on the menu of the best tables in the region. The farm is also open to visitors!
