The Saiter company, founded in 1887, is one of the local institutions. Six generations have succeeded one another behind the colourful stall, straight from the sea. We love it, especially as the family not only sells its fish and beautiful seafood but also creates recipes, such as ultra-fresh tartars or the famous Jeannette soup, invented by the grandmother of the same name in the 1960s and awarded several times. For a good dose of iodine!

We visited Maison Saiter for lunch on two consecutive days, and the culinary experience was outstanding.

The freshness of every dish was unmistakable and truly commendable. The seafood, particularly the Madagascar prawns, was exceptional. The grilled fish platters, featuring salmon, daurade, and bar, were exceptionally delicious. The accompanying sauce enhanced the flavors, complemented perfectly by the flavorful vegetables.

The service during both visits was excellent—professional and kind.

I'm definitely planning to return for another delightful experience.
