Home to one of the three world headquarters of the United Nations.

A futuristic building district along the Danube that is quite spectacular. Danau City is Vienna's business district in the 22nd district (Donaustadt), built between 1995 and 1998 as a site of ultra-modern architecture on the other side of the Danube Island (Donau Insel). It is home to one of the three world headquarters of the United Nations, the industrial development sector and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Guided tours of the UN City are available.
