Next to the school, with a beautiful view of the fjord and the city, a small, comfortable camping, equipped and relatively well sheltered from the wind thanks to its hedges.

Kleiner, hübscher und ruhiger Campingplatz in der Ortschaft Vopnafjörður mit Blick auf den Fjörd.
WC-Häuschen mit 2 Toiletten und einer Dusche vorhanden, zudem 3 Aussenwaschbecken mit Warmwasser. 2-3 Tische mit Bänken gibt es ebenfalls. Jedoch kein Gemeinschaftsraum oder sonstige Möglichkeit, sich aufzuwärmen oder im trockenen zu sitzen (ich hatte zum Glück schönes Wetter).
Neben den Abstellplätzen für Wohnmobile mit Strom gibt es eine kleine Wiese für Zelte.
Habe für eine Person mit Zelt 1600 ISK bezahlt, was absolut ok ist.
