Restaurant in Touques, serving inventive dishes combining French and Asian flavors.
Taken over in 2021, this small establishment, listed as a Monument Historique, remains popular and retains its solid reputation. The reason? A talented Maître Restaurateur chef, Philippe Guihard, of Sri Lankan origin, who makes the most of local produce while adding an Asian touch. Married to a woman from Normandy, it's only natural that he "cooks", as his grandmother used to say, inventive, spicy dishes that feature Normandy prominently. His cuisine? A gastronomic delight combining French and Asian flavors. Bon voyage!
