The Vök Baths are Iceland's only floating infinity pools! Located on the shore of Lake Urriðavatn, just a few minutes from the town of Egilsstaðir, here you'll find floating geothermal pools with endless views, two hot pools on the shore, a sauna, a cold-water spray tunnel, a tea bar, a pool bar and an on-site restaurant, the Vök Bistro. Vok Baths is a geothermal destination located on beautiful Lake Urriðavatn, just a few minutes northwest of Egilsstaðir. Here you'll find floating geothermal pools with breathtaking views over the lake, two hot pools on the shore, a sauna and a cold-water spray tunnel. Vok Baths offers a variety of packages (standard admission, comfort admission and premium admission). It's up to you to choose the package that suits you best! Note that the water flowing from Lake Urriðavatn is pure and drinkable. The best part? This unique attraction features an in-water bar accessible from the pools, a restaurant and a tea bar. Its pools can accommodate up to 202 people and are open all year round. A hot pot to discover!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il neigeait et il faisait environ -2°C, ce qui a rendu les piscines chaudes encore plus agréables. Le design est moderne et l'ensemble donne une impression de calme et de détente. Les piscines sont de températures différentes, ce qui permet de choisir ce qui vous convient. Il y a même un bar dans l'une d'entre elles, ce qui était une surprise amusante. L'établissement est également situé à proximité d'un lac gelé, donc si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez plonger dans l'eau froide. Honnêtement, c'est ici que nous nous sommes le plus amusés, comparé à d'autres endroits.
