Guest house overlooking Vik and its ocean, offers rooms with or without bathroom

A jewel of a guesthouse dating from 1956 but tastefully renovated overlooking Vik and its ocean. With 10 rooms and up to 24 guests, with or without bathroom. The convenience of leaving your shoes at the door gives a cocooning atmosphere just like home, which makes the house very clean too. Great breakfast with real coffee! Including some homemade breads and their famous waffles, renowned throughout the city. Helpful staff are discreet, but travelers aren't always! Advance booking recommended.

This is a lovely Guesthouse, perfect location, cozy rooms and spaces. It was so comfortable and fun to spend a night there. I would do it again!
The breakfast buffet is also legit!

This place was awesome! Honestly nicer than most hotels. the shared bathroom was super clean and you barely even realized it was shared. The rooms were very big and extremely clean.

Bring slippers if you’re a slipper person like me!

Carina di nome e di fatto. Struttura credo da poco ristrutturata, noi abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento con cucina e bagno privati, usufruendo comunque della colazione (buona, abbondante e varia, ci si può preparare i waffles sul momento) nella MERAVIGLIOSA sala relax, tutta pareti di vetro che danno sul mare e sul paesino, dove si possono ammirare albe stupende. Personale disponibile e simpatico, prezzi alti ma siamo in Islanda!
