Situated in a secluded setting overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean, The Barn is a rustic-chic youth hostel, ideally located close to the most important attractions on Iceland's south coast. The hostel offers mixed dormitories with bunk beds and curtains for privacy, as well as private rooms with shared bathrooms. Rooms have wooden floors and bed linen and towels are provided. Super consigliato!!!
The service was fine but quite hands off (not a negative but not notably good). The room was pretty clean, had coffee machine and fridge. No oven but a hob.
About a 5/10 min drive to the black beach and a supermarket 5/10 mins away the other direction.
