Located in the business district, this hotel is situated in a modern block (in the middle of other modern blocks!) and is one of the most popular addresses for visiting diplomats and international sports teams. It has 252 very comfortable rooms, the most interesting of which have a view of Laugardalur (stadium, pool, park) and the sea. The decoration is all in luminosity, very purified, for a soothing moment. Do not hesitate to have a meal at the excellent VOX restaurant or a drink at the panoramic bar.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars in the gentleman behind the front desk at check in was extremely curt and rude. The other front desk staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
