It welcomes all international flights. It is located at the tip of the Reykjanes peninsula near Keflavik, about 50 km from the capital. Although the airport is open 24/24, it is forbidden to spend the night (despite many flights early in the morning).

Un aéroport à taille humaine qui offre suffisamment de services (restaurants, boutiques, etc.) mais permet surtout de s'orienter et de cheminer facilement à l'arrivée comme au départ.

Aéroport international mais à taille humaine, du fait de l'île qu'est l'Islande.
Bien indiqué, accueil très agréable. Peu d'infrastructures, mais c'est suffisant.
A l'arrivée, le paysage est à observer, la vue sur l'île, quel que soit l'angle d'arrivée, est intéressante (glaciers, volcans, plages de sable noir, eaux chaudes turquoise, ...)
