Do you dream of witnessing an eruption in Iceland? Open since 2018 in Vik, the Lava Show is an interactive show that's been so successful that it was unthinkable that it wouldn't make it to Reykjavik. Now, in 2022, it's here, with a venue that can accommodate around 100 people. After a report on the biggest eruptions in Iceland, you can admire the spectacle of molten lava recreated to understand all its secrets and get as close as possible in complete safety. Watch out for rising temperatures!

Not like being next to a real volcano, but surely the next best thing. Interesting show with good guide and interesting information. Worth the time.

It was a lot of fun and what made it great was Ian did it with heart and soul and not just going through the motions.

Man spürt die Hitze des flüssigen Gesteins und die Moderatorin zeigt verschiedene Experimente was alles passieren kann (Eis, Blasen, Fäden ziehen, Abkühlung, Verglasung) und trotzdem ist alles sicher.
Anmerkung: nichts für zu kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit sehr empfindlicher Lunge, es ist live und man sitzt in 3 Reihen so ca 3m entfernt. Man darf beliebig Fotos und Video machen, ohne Blitz, was aber selbst mit Smartphone sehr eindrucksvoll ist.
