Frescoes and paintings in the museum of the convent of San Francesco in Verona.
The convent of San Francesco al Corso houses a museum featuring some 50 frescoes and 22 restored paintings, but the whole remains of average interest... It's rather your Shakespearean curiosity that you'll come here to satisfy, as an empty sarcophagus in a crypt of the convent has been renamed "Juliet's Tomb" (all in all, it's a bit romanticized...), even if the site is particularly evocative of the play's tragic final scene.
