Founded in 1963, Air Djibouti or Red Sea Airlines is one of the oldest airlines on the African continent. Shut down in 2002, the national airline resumed service in August 2016. It operates domestic flights to Obock and Tadjourah and serves Ethiopia, Somalia, Somaliland, Yemen and Dubai internationally. Paris and London are in the medium-term expansion plans. The company currently has two Embraer E145s, a Boeing 737-500 and an Airbus A320. Eid packages to Addis Ababa.
