Founded in 1945, the national airline is wholly owned by the Ethiopian government. Ethiopian Airlines flies from Djibouti to Addis Ababa twice a day (once with a stopover in Dire-Dawa), and from Paris to Djibouti via Addis Ababa five times a week. Ethiopian Airlines is the airline that serves the largest number of countries in Africa. A long-standing partner of Boeing, it expanded its fleet in 2015 with fourteen Airbus aircraft. And in 2019, it won the award for the best airline in Africa (Skytrax 2019 Word Airlines Awards).

Escale de 24h imposée dans hôtel bas de gamme
Vol du lendemain avec retard de + d'une heure, encore ni explication ni excuse.
Correspondance avec vol intérieur en France ratée, aucune geste commercial d'Ethiopian Airlines, obligé de reprendre un billet à mes frais
Franchement déçu et en colère
Retour 10 jours sur le même billet (A/R) 1 bagage perdu, retrouvé seulement 2 jours plus tard, mouillé
L'aéroport d'Addis Abeba est un enfer et un exemple de manque d'organisation.
J'ai fait une demande d'indemnisation, refusée. J'ai demandé qu'on me rembourse le billet d'avion qu'ils m'ont fait râter à Paris, refusé.
Chapeau !!!
