Founded in 2016, Tricklandia is Europe's oldest trick-art gallery. It uses the art of tricks and optical illusions. It also features augmented reality, anti-gravity rooms and Central Europe's most beautiful mirror maze. The various exhibits are so elaborate that you won't believe your own senses. The exhibition is based on the themes of Slovak folk tales, but also on the realities of villages and castles. A walk through the gallery is a kind of imaginary journey through Slovakia.

Welcome to Tricklandia, a must-see venue in Smokovec! Founded in 2016, this 1,000 m² art gallery specializes in optical illusions and trompe-l'œil, and is one of the first trick-art galleries in Central Europe. During your visit, Marián Bizub and Marián Aštáry invite you to plunge into an extraordinary journey through Slovakia, with over 24 attractions. Come and discover a variety of themes inspired by Slovak folk tales, folklore and the heritage of the country's villages and castles. These include Bojnice Castle, the site of Vlkolínec and the landscapes of the Dunajec Canyon. This area features some 30 trick-art works, augmented reality experiences, gravity-defying rooms and the largest mirror labyrinth in Central Europe. In the Mirror Kingdom, over 200 m² of reflective surfaces await you. Take a tour of the inverted room or explore the giant book for an unforgettable moment with your children. Don't miss the fateful library and the magical forest, not forgetting the witch's room.
