GALERIÁ P.M. BOHÚŇA (GALERIÁ P.M. BOHÚŇA)

Founded in 1955, Galerie P.M. Bohúňa is the third art gallery in the country to have been created. Divided into 4 periods, the permanent exhibitions present works of art from the Middle Ages, including beautiful wooden altars of the region, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. The th century is represented by a series of portraits made by the painter Bohúňa and the twentieth century by selecting Slovak pictorial movements of this period.
