HUNGARIAN CULTURE MUSEUM (MÚZEUM MAĎAROV)

The museum is dedicated to Hungarian history and culture in Slovakia. It presents collections of historical documents and objects illustrating the spiritual culture of this ethnic minority present on Slovak territory since the 9th century. The Hungarian dynasty ruled the land until independence was declared in 1918. Peaceful cohabitation also ended at that time and relations between the two peoples remain passionate.
