CITY MUSEUM (MÚZEUM DEJÍN MESTA)

In the central square, the old town hall, made up of small white houses with red tiles and decorated with multicoloured mosaics and a polychrome gold and blue roof, is the oldest building in Bratislava. It houses the City Museum, from its origins to the present day. 13 busy rooms present archaeological discoveries from excavations. The place is magnificently eccentric and the dungeons in the basement are very well restored.
