A jazz festival that welcomes the stars of the genre and Slovak jazzmen through the clubs and bars of Bratislava.
When a group of jazz enthusiasts organised the first year of the Bratislava Jazz Days in 1975, none of them expected the festival to become a European-level event where world jazz stars perform every year. Initially, only musicians from Czechoslovakia and the surrounding socialist countries played in this festival. Today, it has become an institution that welcomes international stars of the jazz scene.
