Prima volta a Napoli e addirittura prima volta in ostello. Ho solo pregi. La posizione strategica per girare la città e prendere i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono pulitissime e il letto comodo. È stato tutto fantastico, dal conoscere persone di lingue e nazionalità diverse a tutto lo staff della struttura. Il personale è veramente super disponibile. Ragazzi e ragazze carinissime. Porterò tutti nel cuore. Andate a visitare Napoli e alloggiate qui insomma ????

HORRIBLE - chambre infesté par des punaises de lit, malgré la gentillesse de certaines personne du personnel le problème a été très mal géré et absolument pas solutionné. Les gerants ont refusé de me changer de chambre, c'est une honte. Je suis couverte de piqûres et aucune preuve de compassion n'a été émis de leur part.
En règle général, la propreté, l'hygiène et l'entretien est peu existant. Ok l'ambiance est peut-être sympa mais c'est loin d'être le plus important. Inadmissible.

Very nice and affordable place. Stuff is great and this hostel feels more like a community, where you will meet a lot ni e people from different countries.

Everything was great. The rooms are spacious enough. There are a lot of things to do in the otherwise packed space of the reception - there is even a free arcade!
Best thing is the people of course. Very kind, willing to listen and explain, helping from finding fares to finding songs.
The location is like..5-10 min from Via Toledo, the main street, which is awesome, right next to a castle at that.
Alibus from the airport drops right in front of it.
Since nobody has pictures the entrance is at the side of the building, right next to a local small bakery that i also recommend! I will leave some pictures. There is a sign with instructions how to dial.
There is also water for 1 euro.
Would visit again.

L'entretien est un peu négligé, mais dans l'ensemble l'ambiance est top, les gens sont très gentils, à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville! Une expérience à vivre! Attention au petit ascenseur!

I can say I have the best time in Napoli by staying here. The staffs are superb and helpful (Kudos to Chris and Mounira). They have a plenty of tips and recommendations (pizza, pasta, spritz, point of interest, anything!) you have to write it down even they will give you maps too!
Other than that, I met couple of friends at the same age who are really nice, we had time together for pasta and spritz. The room and bathrooms are clean! Also the location is perfect, is really near most of places. Also, the breakfast is good, get the vegan one, the salad is so refreshing. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Opzione vegana a colazione
Situato in un edificio posizionato tra piazza municipio e molo beverello è posizionato su 2 piani, un piano con camere private dotate di bagno, l'altro piano con sale comuni e dormitori con bagni in comune. Rumoroso la notte in quanto la clientela è formata in buona parte da ragazzi stranieri che rientrano a qualsiasi ora non sembre curanti dell'orario e del rumore. Le camere necessiterebbero di una bella ristrutturazione ma nel complesso è molto carino e conveniente

Perfect decision to stay here. Actually Napoli wasnt in my itinerary, so right after I decided my destination, i booked here in rush. And it was wonderful staying two nights here. Superb location, near to plebiscito, spaccanapoli, and santa lucia port. Its 10min (by bus) away from the station so its very safe. Rooms are big, shower booth is big. And staffs are very friendly and kind. Ask for any infos. They will tell you about Napoli very friendly. I actually dont make a review, but i couldnt help to make review here. If i come back to napoli, i would book here without hesitation.

5/5 for the staff. Super friendly and helpful.
4/5 for the location. Walking distance to the port which is perfect for meeting point during tours, alibus, great view of the volcano. The hostel is in a nice building with code and guard.
3/5 for the rooms and shape of the hostel in general. Really outdated. Bed are not super comfortable. Kitchen is really small. The wall are peeling off, they are dirty and the furniture in the bathroom was barely holding on. That being said that’s what you get for the price. If you spend most of your time outside then it’s enough.
They should have someone on duty during the night. During my last night someone banged the main door for at least 30 min. No one did anything.

Un hostal superguay, con un personal de 10, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Además está en una zona bastante buena y bien ubicado. Volvería otra vez sin dudarlo.

The rating of the rooms a 3-star is based on 1) reserving a room with a double bed, but getting a room with 6 twins with two twins pushed together to make a double bed, 2) one of the twins in that double bed had a broken frame with a lumpy mattress, and another twin had a broken frame when you sat on the bed, 3) the 2 steps you had to remember about from the bathroom and not fall down them at night. The location is fine for getting to most sights in the area. The best part of the hostel are the staff at the desk - Christian, Chris, and Nunzia. They were so helpful/friendly/knowledgeable. The breakfast is ok. The website says "free dinner", but that's not accurate.

Ostello vicino al porto di Napoli e al centro, buona posizione anche per la metro e l'Alibus, camere ampie, letti a castello comodi, bagno decisamente da rivedere, accoglienza buonissima, ragazzi molto disponibili , zona comune molto bella, colazione inclusa, di quantità diciamo. 25 euro a notte in dormitorio asciugamani non inclusi

Sin duda lo mejor del hostel la atención.
En segundo lugar la ubicación, queda cerca del centro a un paso de todo.
Ahora, me costó encontrarlo ya que está ubicado dentro de un edificio de oficinas, el Hostel ocupado dos departamentos dentro del edificio en distintos pisos.. lo único que podría decir que no me gustó es que en el piso que estaba mi habitación había un solo baño para único uso (inodoro y ducha) para todas las habitaciones de ese piso.
Eso fue lo único realmente incómodo.

So, I have been at this amazing hostel a month ago and all that I can say I called it home.
Staff was amazing, especially Nunzia who has a great vibe and heart ❤️ she was amazing.
It was great that the hostel is giving you a great breakfast. The vibe was so smooth with good music and people to speak with.
Rooms: cleaning every day, great smell and they mix rooms with people who become friends.
I felt safe and happy!
The location was so good positioned. Only between 15-20 minute by walk to get to most important locations to visit & the metro only 5 minute from the location.
Hostel of the Sun = home ????????????
Can't wait to come back!!
