The rooms are sober but have the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Some have a private terrace carefully decorated and flowery, with a beautiful view of the cloister and the steeple of Santa Chiara. The perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif before dinner and savour the amazing Neapolitan atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place is totally different from pictures, it's old. I was there for 2 nights, very expensive for the place and services we got, the room only have one window but there is no ventilation. Smells really bad all the time because of no ventilation. There is no breakfast, no thee, only expresso, no plans, everything seems too grey. The shower was rusty and. broken. Also the place where is located is also bad, very dirty and too dark and far from good places.
And in response for a bad review in booking the guy was also rude.
