Niccolò is not the first name of the owner of this B&B, but a reference to a legendary figure from Naples, half-man half-fish, Niccolò Pesce, known as Colapesce. Nestled on the top floor of a palazzo in the historic center, the establishment is run by two brothers in love with their city, who welcome you in rooms and studios in the colors of the sea, with kitchenettes and balconies. Strategically located just a stone's throw from the metro, port and Spaccanapoli. Magnificent roof terrace. An excellent base in Naples.

Miniappartamenti bellissimi, di recente ristrutturazione, arredati con ottimo gusto e dotati di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, molto simpatico ed affabile e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La posizione poi è fantastica, a due passi dalla Metro Università, subito dietro viale Umberto I, dove si può passeggiare anche la sera senza problema. Consigliatissimo, anche nel prezzo. Non so quando torneremo a Napoli, ma sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta.

Totalmente recomendable. En pleno casco antiguo de Napoles este B&B deja un recuerdo inolvidable. Recién reformado, cada apartamiento goza de todas las comodidades que se pueden pedir: limpieza, centralidad, accesorios en cocina, calidad y buen precios. En el precio de cada piso está incluido el desayuno con las raciones pequeñas de mantequilla, mermelada, galletas y zumo de fruta, a meno que os quierais desayunar en un bar aconsejado, con un precio irrisorio que puede variar de €1,20 hasta €2,00. Los referentes anfitriones se llaman Claudio y Silvio y son muy profesionales además de trabajar con seriedad y amabilidad. Les pueden aconsejar sitios donde comer y visitas a lugares históricos. A disfrutar!
