One of the many trattorie in the historic centre, opposite Napoli Sotterranea. The address has become quite touristy, but it still welcomes the regulars of the area and has maintained a very good quality-price ratio. Its typical Neapolitan cuisine is simple, authentic and flavourful, with good local products. The chef's speciality is the fillet of beef with parmesan, rocket and cherry tomatoes. Efficient service and attentive staff.

Storica trattoria napoletana ci venivo da bambino , ora sono 20 anni che mi trovo in america e la cucina non è cambiata per nulla , tutto come una volta dal ragù , Fusilli Alla Carmine , Parmigiana , pasta e patate , vermante tutto ottimo era da tempo che non mangiavo cosi bene . E stato un piacere ritornarci e prima di partire ritornero sicuramnete grazie per avermi rifatto ricordare che noi napoletani siamo i numeri 1 ????????????

Una delle più antiche e storiche trattorie di Napoli , un viaggio nel passato , si vede il sacrificio , la dedizione , la passione per il lavoro , tutto ottimo parmigiana , pasta e patate , genovese , fusilli alla Carmine veramente tutto ottimo , abbiamo assaggiato un Taurasi 2009 strepitoso, la cosa che mi mancherà di piú le polpette al ragú trepitose . Ritorneremo ????❤️
