The choice is important and it will advise you, with warmth, the slopes of the slopes of Vesuvius. Food has Mediterranean accents, but not only: A few fucking specialties are also included in the menu. The strong point of this place, however, remains its pasta, including the homemade specialty, maccarungelli lardiati, fresh pasta. Exquisite. The outdoor terrace, under a vineyard, is splendid and makes it really nice to taste a good bottle of wine. The interior room is in the spirit of refuge, there is only the chimney.

A must for the Neapolitan night, this restaurant offers great classics of Neapolitan popular cuisine. The dishes are cooked with seasonal products, the preparations are tasty and the service is very fast. Unforgettable moment: when Ciro, placed outside the restaurant, writes the reservations in his big book, everything is done in the street, a real open-air play!
DA MICHELE
Read moreHistorical pizzeria in Naples, one of the cheapest and most popular, located in the Forcella district, between the historical center of the city and the train station. There are only four types of pizzas here: the Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), the Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano), the Cosacca (tomato, pecorino, basil) and the Marita (half Margherita and half Marinara) Soft pastry and ultra fresh filling. As for the decoration, it's a bit of an inspiration. Expect to queue, it's always crowded, especially on weekends; prefer lunch or early evening.

PIZZERIA BRANDI

A commemorative plaque on the façade is a reminder of the event! You can enjoy a margherita pizza here with a certain emotion, as if you were visiting a relic. However, prices are still a little higher than elsewhere, although the quality is not that much better.
DI MATTEO
Read moreFamous for its tight pricing and for hosting former US President Bill Clinton, who visited Naples on the occasion of the G7 in 1994. Di Matteo is one of Naples' historic pizzerias, in operation since 1936. Its Spartan setting is somewhat reminiscent of traditional canteens. The pizzas are excellent and the establishment also specialises in fried food: vegetable fritters and arancini (rice balls) cooked in boiling oil are a real treat! The service is fast, even a little rushed when the line is long on the street.
A FENESTELLA
Read moreA cult place because it was from the window of this restaurant that Caroline leaned over to hear her lover serenade her. The romantic story of this impossible love was set to music and lyrics by Salvatore Di Giacomo. His song La fenestrella has become a classic in the Neapolitan repertoire. Another classic of the place is the linguine with gurnard and cherry tomatoes. In the evening, the terrace overlooking the sea is most romantic, with candlelight and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks.
RE LAZZARONE
Read moreJust a few steps from the Archaeological Museum, here is a small and welcoming place where you can get some energy before or after your cultural dive to discover the ancient treasures. If the atmosphere is relaxed and even nonchalant, this does not detract from the quality of the food served. The kitchen operates a rigorous selection of raw materials, following the rhythm of the seasons. The plates, nicely laid out, are colorful and greedy. Try the vegetable tempura, the zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta cheese and the seafood pasta.
ETTO
Read moreAn innovative and curious concept: a restaurant where one pays with the weight! You thus pay only what you consume. With provision, a hot buffet and varied enough cold, traditional dishes and some options vegetarians. The single dish is an innovation for the Italians, who however seem to appreciate this concept. The place is often filled, but the tail advance quickly. Our very favorite: the apple pie with cinnamon, a sheer delight.
