Crêperie for crispy pancakes with Brazilian fillings and fresh local produce in Thue et Mue
Welcome to Normandy's most Brazilian crêperie bretonne (as chef Katty puts it)! Although the galettes are well kraz ("crispy" in Breton), the filling takes us straight to Brazil! Katty brings a highly original Latin touch to her cooking, using fresh produce from nearby farms. She's also committed to health-conscious cooking methods, with her homemade fermented drinks of the day. Tapas (with Angus beef!) and sweet snacks are also on the menu. A real treat!
