Welcome to Normandy's most Brazilian crêperie bretonne (as chef Katty puts it)! Although the galettes are well kraz ("crispy" in Breton), the filling takes us straight to Brazil! Katty brings a highly original Latin touch to her cooking, using fresh produce from nearby farms. She's also committed to health-conscious cooking methods, with her homemade fermented drinks of the day. Tapas (with Angus beef!) and sweet snacks are also on the menu. A real treat!

The establishment selects local ingredients from surrounding farms, committed to sustainable catering and respect for nature. On the menu, you'll enjoy a wide choice of salads, aperitif tapas, crispy Breton galettes and sweet delicacies. Take the "Normande", for example, a pan-fried Vire andouille sausage with roasted apple, onions preserved in Norman cider, Camembert cream and fried onions. As for refreshments, you can choose from a variety of cocktails, beers from the Brasserie de l'Odon, white, rosé and red wines, aperitifs and cold or hot drinks such as coffees or "La Gourmande" infusions. Venus par hasard dans cet établissement, nous avons vécu un moment divin ????
Chaque crêpe ou galette est un assemblage d'ingrédients de qualité mijotés : effiloché de boeuf délicieux, confit d'oignons délicieux, pomme façon tatin fondante, chantilly au caramel au beurre salé à tomber...
L'endroit est douillet, le service adorable
