Housed in a converted barge, The Apple is undoubtedly the pub to go to if you want to sample the region's ciders or a good draught beer. Cider is the speciality of the house, with around forty different varieties on offer, giving you the opportunity to make some fine discoveries and forget about the industrial ciders you often find at the bar. It's a pleasant spot where many regulars gather, and you can also enjoy a terrace in fine weather. If you're feeling peckish, there are a few à la carte dishes on offer.
