St Austell Brewery is one of the best-known breweries in the South West, and its products are drunk throughout Cornwall and beyond. Over 100,000 pints are made every day, and there's an on-site bar-restaurant and visitor center. Admission includes a tour of the site and a tasting session. For suds lovers, it's a nice visit to make in the area to support local beer production. The brewery's flagship beers are Tribute Pale Ale and Proper Job IPA, so give them a try!

Visite sympathique de la brasserie de St Austell, on y voit le processus de fabrication de cette bière locale (rien de bien nouveau donc), avec une petite dégustation en fin de parcours. A faire si l'on a le temps.
