The New Oxford Theatre is Oxford's main theatre, with a capacity of 1,800 people, located on George Street in the heart of the city. Formerly called Apollo Theatre, it has given itself a new name, but the programming remains the same: plays, dance, musicals, operas, stand ups... Whatever the style, the shows are always of high quality. You will always find something to please you and you are sure to have a great time at Oxford. Notice to theatre and show lovers.

An association of 3 performance halls and 3 college chapels in Oxford: Holywell Music Room, Oxford Town Hall, Sheldonian Theatre, Exeter College Chapel, Merton College Chapel and Keble College Chapel. On the program: classical music, jazz and choral concerts. International concerts organised all year round. The objective of this association is to offer high quality live music for a wide and varied audience. Be careful with the programming, it can be a great way to end a day at Oxford.
