At Johnny and Jacqueline, the tabbouleh and cream of chickpeas are in honor. Very good spirits (pieces of meat with tomatoes, onions, parsley and spices cooked in the oven) and soup of lentils also. The Byblos menu includes a frit frit, falafel, tabbouleh, chicken rice, hummus, eggplant and garlic.
