The second town of the state of Falcon (150 000 inhabitants) has evolved considerably since oil exploitation, whose name («fixed point») designates only a cap for sailors until 1925 and the arrival of black gold. At the moment, unless we work in the oil sector, the only two interests remain to fly to Aruba or shopping, the peninsula being a free zone, the products are zero-rated. Otherwise we don't see what could hold you around.
