The view is spectacular: Caracas on 360 °. The place is soft and class; lounge music. This is the place to take a drink at sunset. If it doesn't rain, climb on the terrace with a drink at the bar. Don't forget the camera, and your beloved. Possibility of nibble pizza, sandwiches, etc.
