Caracas is the economic, administrative and financial centre of the country. This is where the executive, legislative and judicial powers sit. The most important educational institutions, such as the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), are here. The city is endearing, the whole thing is to take its brands. first its situation is quite idyllic, in a valley surrounded by green hills in the south and the splendid national park of El Avila in the north, which is a source of oxygen for the Caraqueños, giving perfect access to Sunday excursions.
