Caracas is the economic, administrative and financial centre of the country. This is where the executive, legislative and judicial powers sit. The most important educational institutions, such as the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), are here. The city is endearing, the whole thing is to take its brands. first its situation is quite idyllic, in a valley surrounded by green hills in the south and the splendid national park of El Avila in the north, which is a source of oxygen for the Caraqueños, giving perfect access to Sunday excursions. Secondly, the climate is pleasant: a permanent spring is situated at 950 m above sea level, where rainfall usually doesn't last and where the sun most of the time. It is important to recognize that a tourist landing in Caracas, noisy and stressful, usually has neither the time nor the desire to make this effort. This is understandable given that Venezuela offers natural attractions of another ilk.
