MUSEO DEL ARROZ

This rice museum is housed in an old rice mill (the Serra mill), which was built at the beginning of the 20th century and remained in operation until the 1970s. Its aim is to pay tribute to this cereal, which is emblematic of Valencian gastronomy. The museum also aims to explain the process of rice processing and its evolution over time. From rice fields to paella, rice is subjected to various processes explained in an educational way in this small museum. A good idea for a visit with children.
