JOUR MONDIAL DE LA PAELLA

On September 20, 2018, Valencia launched and celebrated its first World Paella Day. This date coincides with the month of the rice harvest, the main ingredient of this emblematic dish of the Valencia Community. Festivities highlighting this dish take place throughout the month, with the participation of many restaurants. With its hashtag: #WorldPaellaDay. Starting point, the town hall square in Valencia at 11:30 am, with paella and rice showcookings that are tasted at 1:30 pm.
