On the eve of New Year's Eve, many festivities revolve around religious themes, and there is always a lot of noise, a way to hunt the old demons and place the new ones. On December 31 in the evening, it is tradition to eat a grain of grapes every midnight. This is the Noche vieja ("the old night").
