PALAU DE LA MÚSICA

Located on the banks of the Turia Gardens, the Palau de la Música has been host to classical music since its inauguration in 1987. It is also the seat of the orchestra of Valencia. The Palau de la Música consists of a concert hall, the Sala José Iturbi, a temporary exhibition room, a smaller room, the Sala Rodrigo, which mainly hosts chamber music concerts and a conference room. Every year in August, the gardens of the Palau de la Música are the framework for the screenings of outdoor films organized by the Valencia film library.
