If you ask Paco or Rocío for Iberian ham, paella or horchata, they will be happy to direct you to another place. This small "refuge" in the Barrio del Carmen offers market cuisine with modern accents, favouring a mix of flavours on a carefully selected short menu, with an emphasis on meats and foie gras. While tostadas can be omitted, the cuisine will delight lovers of sweet and savoury combinations.

La carte est alléchante, la présentation des plats très soignée. Il manque malheureusement un équilibre entre les différentes saveurs proposées, rendant les plats assez confus.

Excellent reception by a chef who is very present in room and offers refined dishes, very fine for the delight of our taste buds until the chupito offered by the owner. The setting is simple and it does not indicative of quality of the cuisine. I recommend.
