Good lovers and early risers can rejoice. Since 2012, Ricard Camarena, a sure value in Valencian cuisine, has been investing in the central mercado to set up its Central Bar. A small enclave with a black and red decoration that allows you to taste very good fresh products, artistically presented and at a very affordable price. Why not try red curry dumplings or rojas a la plancha gambas? You can also have breakfast there since the Central Bar is open a little before the market. Success requires, the place is often taken over.
