Close to the Plaza Redonda, this colourful restaurant offers fusion cuisine between Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. In a rustic area, with exposed beams and brick walls, the Babalu is set on two floors in the joyful decoration, with colourful paintings and sections of bright red wall. Latin music, fruity cocktails, generous tapas and mixed kitchen: This address offers a great deal of optimism, a real culinary break and an excellent terrace. The boss speaks French and can help you make your choice. Pay attention to the side you arrive. On one side the street name is in Spanish and the other in Valencian.

Superbe restaurant très bien placé en plein centre ville cuisine uniquement avec produit frais d'un vrai chef patron très sympathique très bonne paëlla, très bon riz noir et spécialités cubaines à tomber.

Restaurant très convivial et chaleureux tout comme le patron. Menu très bon marché pour une cuisine maison de qualité avec portions conséquentes. Cuisine méditerranéenne et cubaine (origine du patron). Nombreux dîners dans cet établissement depuis plusieurs années et jamais déçus! A recommander vivement.
